Privacy Policy

Effective October 20, 2026

The short version: FundMatch HQ is a marketing and lead-matching service. When you submit the form on our site, we share (and under some state laws this counts as "selling") the information you give us with the funding providers we work with so they can contact you about financing. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

This Privacy Policy explains how Caliber Lead Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as FundMatch HQ ("FundMatch HQ," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit fundmatchhq.com or any page we operate (the "Site") and when you submit a request through our forms (the "Service"). By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact information: first and last name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business and financing information: the amount of funding you are seeking, how long your business has been operating, whether you have a business bank account, your intended use of funds, your approximate monthly revenue, and your self-reported credit score range.
  • Consent records: the exact consent language shown to you, the date and time you agreed, the page you were on, and your browser information.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and the steps of the form you completed.
  • Advertising identifiers and campaign data: click identifiers and campaign parameters (for example, UTM parameters and ad click IDs) passed in the URL when you arrive from an ad.
  • Cookies and pixels: we and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, to measure advertising, understand how the Site is used, and show you relevant ads. See Section 6.

We do not ask for and you should not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers through our forms.

2. How we use information

  • To match your request with one or more funding providers and deliver your information to them.
  • To contact you by phone, text message, and email about your request and the funding options available to you, as described in the consent you provided.
  • To send confirmations and follow-ups about your request.
  • To operate, measure, and improve the Site and our advertising.
  • To maintain records of your consent and comply with legal obligations.
  • To detect fraud, abuse, and duplicate submissions.

3. How we share information (including "sales" and "sharing")

Funding providers. The core purpose of the Service is to share the information you submit with lenders, funders, brokers, and other financial service providers ("Funding Partners") so they can contact you about financing. We may share your information with one or more Funding Partners. A current list is available on our Funding Partners page. Once your information is delivered, each Funding Partner's use of it is governed by that partner's own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

We are compensated by Funding Partners for these referrals. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws, this transfer of personal information for compensation may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out as described in Section 8.

Service providers. We use third parties that help us operate the Site, such as hosting, customer relationship management, form and webhook processing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, and advertising measurement. They may process your information only to provide services to us.

Advertising partners. We share limited device and event data with advertising platforms (such as Meta) to measure and optimize our ads.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of FundMatch HQ, our users, or others.

Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Telephone, text, and email communications

When you submit our form you provide your express written consent to be contacted by FundMatch HQ and the Funding Partners listed on our Funding Partners page at the phone number and email address you provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice, and text messages, even if your number is on a federal, state, or company Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can revoke consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask any caller to stop calling you. We keep a record of your consent, including the consent text, timestamp, and page, for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance.

5. Data retention

We retain the information you submit and the related consent records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations (including recordkeeping requirements for consent), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Consent records are generally kept for at least five years.

6. Cookies, pixels, and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to recognize your browser, measure the performance of our ads, and understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage ad preferences through the settings offered by Meta and other advertising platforms. Disabling cookies may affect how the Site works. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share;
  • Access a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to exercise any other right, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the name, email, and phone number you submitted so we can locate your record. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Note that opting out stops future sales and sharing by FundMatch HQ; information already delivered to a Funding Partner is held by that partner, and you may need to contact them directly.

California residents: In the preceding 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information listed in Section 1 and have sold or shared identifiers, contact information, and commercial/financial information with Funding Partners and advertising partners for the purposes described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

Nevada residents: You may submit a request directing us not to sell your covered information by emailing [email protected].

9. Children

The Site is intended for business owners who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party sites

The Site may link to Funding Partner websites and other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page.
